Students who successfully complete this program are entitled to a PhD degree in the Business Administration PhD Program of the Department of Business Administration.

Students who successfully complete the Business Administration PhD program can be employed as faculty members at universities. In addition, they can find opportunities to work in research staff and managerial positions in public and private enterprises.

Program Outcomes

General Application Requirements

1. Holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree (candidates who graduated from a different field are subject to the Scientific Preparation Program / candidates who completed these studies abroad must obtain an equivalence certificate from YÖK).

1. For applications as master’s graduates, having at least 55 in ALES (EA – within the last five years); for applications as undergraduate graduates for the Integrated PhD, having at least 80 in ALES (EA – within the last three years).

1. Having at least 55 points in YDS, or documenting an equivalent score from exams accepted by the Inter-University Council Presidency.

1. For the Integrated PhD, candidates applying as undergraduate graduates must have a graduation grade point average of 80 out of 100 or 3 out of 4.
